Megan started her studies in Beauty therapy back in 2008 training at Dumfries & Galloway College. After 3 years of training she gained her Higher National Diploma along with student of the year. During Megan’s studies at college she got a job as a beautician within in a local salon were, she continued to expand her studying and qualifications. During her 4 years of working at the salon she got the opportunity to further her training with many great companies and to use their products and equipment such as, Caci in London where she trained to carry out “non-surgical face lift” and also Dermalogica in Glasgow where she completed over a 100 hours of training with them which allowed her to achieved her “Dermalogica Expect” title and certificate.

During this time training with advance beauty machines and technology and products is when Megan found her love for the more advanced side of beauty and wished to move away from the massaging, nails and makeup. Megan wanted to give more to her client with life changing treatments!

An opportunity raised at Immortal Art Studio for a laser technician and cosmetic tattooist. The timing was perfect to take that chance in life. Along with the help and support from her partner and business partner Richard Batey “IMMORTAL BEAUTY” was born in 2015.

The business has been going strength to strength with expansion in new beauty treatments and laser machines each year.

Megan only uses the best NHS approved Lynton Tattoo Removal Machine and Cryo Cooler to make the laser tattoo removal treatment as comfortable as possible, she also has a medical grade laser by All White Laser for treating all skin type and for the removal of cosmetic tattooing. This machine also carries out Carbon Facial Peels which is a non-invasive peel to help rejuvenate, helps to purifies the pores and deep cleanses the skin.

As well as tattoo removal she also has an NHS approved IPL (intense pulse light) machine again provided by Lynton. This gives amazing results on hair removal, pigmentation removal and facial red veins. It can also be used to carry out acne and skin rejuvenation treatments.

In May 2016 Megan qualified in permanent cosmetic tattooing. She researched into the best UK training for this and found Karen Betts, the UK industry leader in permanent makeup. Karen has helped many in regaining their confidence through permanent makeup including acid burn victim Katie Piper and has set up a charity to help others. Megan attended over 140 hours with Karen’s team whilst training in her head office centre in Yorkshire. Allowing her to perfect her skills and to give the best treatment possible for clients.

Megan is always striving to keep up with the latest beauty treatments and to give them to my clients at affordable prices. Megan recently completed Phi Lings training by the world known Phi Academy. The training covered both micro needling and phi ion (plasma lift). The results speak for themselves and provideamazing results after even just one treatment by rejuvenating the skin, reduction and removal of wrinkles and skin tightening. Megan’s diary is open and ready to take bookings.
