There are several reasons that the Ingardia’s have been in business since 1973. When they opened a small retail store in Costa Mesa on June 16, 1973, their philosophy was to take care of their customers and give them quality and service at a fair price. As the Ingardia's reputation for great quality and high standards for service grew, so did the family business. One afternoon, a customer who was shopping in the retail store asked if his order could be delivered to his restaurant. From that point on, Ingardia Bros. Produce started the wholesale delivery business, six days a week (Monday-Saturday). ​
