Integrity Financial Solutions roots can be traced with relative ease. IFS was formed in early 2005 as a financial services company focusing on sales and service of ATM's, back office check and note processing equipment as well as multi-use Kiosks.
As IFS's business ventures progressed, and the sales of ATM's and other bank equipment increased, it was becoming more and more apparent that in order to continue offering competitive pricing and still realize a profit, IFS would need to find a way to stop outsourcing the rigging and installation of the products they sold. Once the sale of equipment was made, the many variables of the installation process were dramatically affecting an already slim profit margin. So in 2007 the two owning partners hired a seasoned hard-iron veteran to manage and grow their newly established in-house installation department. This move proved to be such a daunting task that in the course of two short years IFS found itself on the brink of bankruptcy and facing an uncertain future.
