Our business has been using JBI for 9 years and will always use this company. There cleaning services are top rate and consistent. We have always appreciated if we had questions they were always addressed and managed immediately. Many times we have had extra garbage, boxes etc. they were removed with no issues. We appreciate the continued professionalism from the Cleaning staff to the Office staff, very kind, considerate and positive.I am writing this review as I have worked very closely with the team from JBI on the cleaning and upkeep of our professional firm. The JBI team has consistently proven to be dependable, professional and proactively responsive to our changing needs and business concerns. If issues arise, we can be sure of a very quick response to our needs and requests. If you choose to work with JBI, which I would strongly recommend that you do. As you will deal with true professionals and a company of honesty and integrity, and the owners Robert and Kathy are very involved in making sure you are completely satisfied.
