The Jewish Center and Federation of the Twin Tiers is both a Jewish Center and a Jewish Federation. Its center arm operates as a “JCC without walls,” offering programs both in the building it shares with Congregation Kol Ami and at other locations. Its federation arm raises philanthropic funds and distributes them both directly and through the Jewish Federations of North America.
