immy Greco has always had a love for trains. When Tom Elerington sold his Ray’s Bike & Key Shop to John and Teresa Zugec, Tom suggested they expand their line of model trains & hire Jim as he is very knowledgeable. From 1971 to 1976 Jim & his wife Marlene worked along side Zugecs at J&T Hobby on Exchange Street in Downtown Geneva, New York. The families grew close over the years & when John & Teresa decided to move on from the hobby business, the Greco’s decided to give it a try. With the help of a new name thought of by Marlene’s mother Carmella & with Marlene working most days in the beginning (while watching their two sons), they started making plans to learn more about the hobby business all together.
