Manny was raised in Coupeville and has worked construction on Whidbey Island since 1983.
He started his concrete flatwork business in the early 1980’s and combined that knowledge with building construction. He bought LB Construction of Whidbey Island, Inc. in 1997. Since then he has incorporated his knowledge of construction into the pole building industry and continues to run a good reputable company while building quality pole buildings.
