Longwell + Trapp Architects (LTA) is a professional limited-liability company (PLLC), operating as a privately owned, full service architectural design firm dedicated to providing innovative designs which meet and surpass client expectations while implementing lasting value to the broader community and environment.

With decades of experience, LTA has evolved into a multifaceted firm serving a broad range of clients. We believe that client service is the key in a successful project; committing us to provide each client and project with the highest level of design quality, technical expertise, and a hands-on principal client involvement. This commitment to a collaborative relationship has formed lasting partnerships between our firm and our clients, leading to a high retention rate in subsequent projects.

As we work through each phase of your project, LTA will remain committed to bringing maximum value, vision, innovation, cost savings, and a long-term functionality to your project. LTA and our select consultants provide the necessary resources and staff to make your project a success. Currently composed of a staff of six, our professional staff of architects and technical personnel pride themselves on delivering the highest level of design, communication, and in-house services including: Master Planning; Site Selection and Analysis; Feasibility Studies; Cost Estimating; 3D Modeling and Rendering; Construction Documents; and Construction Administration.

It is standard practice for LTA to contract with sub-consultants for professional services regardless of race, gender, religion, color, sex, age, marital status, national origin, or disability. We are currently licensed to operate in Idaho, Washington, and Montana.
