We are Licensed Real Estate Brokers in New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania, as well as being Licensed Auctioneers in Pennsylvania, Florida, Massachusetts & Ohio. Our Company is currently members in good standing with the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), New York State Auctioneers Association (NYSAA), Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association (PAA), Florida Auctioneers Association (FAA) and the Massachusetts Auctioneers Association (MAA).

Mel Manasse & Son, Auctioneers are completely mobile, computerized and are up-to-date with any/all new auction innovations. Our company has a 26’ Mobile Auction Trailer, a windows-based computer auction system, a PowerPoint system, as well as many other innovative materials to aid in the auction process. Our company is fully equipped to do on-site auctions of any caliber & size. In addition to running the auction itself, we have (3) forklifts, equipment to handle any situation, tents, tables, chairs, etc. Mel Manasse & Son, Auctioneers is fully insured & bonded and is prepared to make your auction a huge success!
