Leased a 3,000 square foot workshop in Waukegan, IL in October of 1993 to house the staff and equipment.

Purchased land in Franksville, WI, in December 1994 to be later used for new facility.
Broke ground for new facility in August of 1995.
Commenced operations in new facility in April 1996.
