Lawrence D. Murray is a seasoned trial attorney and community contributor who has consistently demonstrated himself as a strong advocate and negotiator for the less fortunate or wrongfully accused. Since 1977, he has worked in the areas of litigation, including personal injury, product liability, employment discrimination and large family law matters. He has tried approximately 100 jury trials to verdict, arbitrations, and other similar proceedings. He has protected the rights of police officers injured in the line of duty and defended clients suffering from police misconduct. He has successfully prosecuted and defended individuals against claims of sexual harassment and discrimination. He has done multiple class action cases.

During his thirty six plus years as an attorney, he has formed and defended corporations and their corporate interests in California State and Federal Courts and occasionally neighboring states. He has counseled clients regarding divorce, child custody, spousal support, wills, trusts, real estate, and other transactional matters. He served as a trial attorney for the San Francisco District Attorney for five years before opening his private practice in 1983.
