Nativity School is a co-educational Catholic elementary school in South Los Angeles. Nativity School is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and the Western Catholic Education Association.
Whom We Serve

Nativity School serves 330 students in grades TK to eight mainly from the parish and the Vermont-Slauson community.
Our Community

Nativity School is an integral part of the mission of Nativity Parish and stands as a beacon of hope to the surrounding community. After 93 years, Nativity School continues to provide a quality education to the children and families in the neighborhood.
Our Staff

Nativity personnel are committed to fostering an environment that is positive and faith-filled. Nativity School’s faculty is made up of 10 highly qualified and motivated teachers who provide an excellent academic program that is enhanced by structure, mutual respect among all community members, and value-formation.
