This results in onions that burst with flavor in the pan (they get “sweet in the heat”) and caramelize much better than most other onions.

Every New York Bold Onion is grown with care in local, organic muck soils. For four generations we have grown these delicious alums in the fertile black soils of Upstate New York. Our facility operates on Wind and Solar energy. We are New York State Grown and Certified and GAP Certified by the USDA, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
