In 1928 Harry Noland moved to Salinas to establish his law practice after graduating from Stanford Law School. Salinas was a thriving agricultural community of 5,000. Pioneers of the Salinas Valley's modern produce industry sought Mr. Noland's counsel in incorporating and operating early family businesses that, over the years, have become national and international industry leaders.
Today Noland Hamerly is a full service law firm, fully qualified to meet your legal needs.
Our attorneys advise large companies, small businesses, nonprofits, individuals and families on the full spectrum of their legal needs, including complex business matters, litigation, sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies, real estate and development transactions, employment law, water rights, land use and environmental compliance.
