Dan Petersen, the owner of Northwest Supply Company, started in this business over 30 years ago -- but as a customer at his local supply store, with his maintenance business doing commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning. He focused on commercial business and office cleaning - including the nightly cleaning routine, floor stripping & waxing, and carpet cleaning. He worked for years for Property Managers in their condominium units, doing various maintenance jobs.
Starting a new company in the Coeur d'Alene / North Idaho area in 2009 was an exciting prospect. Dan recognized a need for a local company that would be a complete supplier of superior cleaning materials for janitors and carpet cleaners, homeowners and businesses. Having had such a good relationship with our own supplier while we were in the cleaning business, we know how important Customer Service is, and that is our focus - to get you what you need to get the job done right.
