Thailand Office of Agricultural Affairs, Los Angeles (OAA-LA) is an entity established under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives Of Thailand. OAA-LA works with all governments, industry, and academia in foreign countries, as well as with multilateral organizations, to help assure that Thai food and agricultural products exported to the United States meet U.S. standards.



OAA-LA is also the first U.S. contact point for expatriates and travelers who wish to bring their pets into Thailand from 14 Western states including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming, and Mexico."
