1952Ovalstrapping Incorporated established in the United States, located in Hoquiam, Washington.

Gerrard-Ovalstrapping is formed when Gerrard Company Limited and Ovalstrapping Limited merged. The company diversifies its packaging product line by acquiring industrial products and plastic strapping companies.
