PACE began in 1992 when Marty Penhallegon realized his dream of building one of the most successful civil engineering firms in the Pacific Northwest. He and an experienced group of professionals founded PACE with a shared vision of supporting community infrastructure and developing communities in a comprehensive and sustainable manner. We have expanded our expertise over the years to build a multidisciplinary team that can offer our clients a complete package of civil and structural engineering, planning, surveying, and GIS services. Our business practices and project solutions embrace the efficiencies and innovation afforded by current and emerging technology and engineering trends. Today we are an employee-owned company with offices in Kirkland, Everett, and Wenatchee, WA, and Lake Oswego, OR.
