We have already incurred many increases due to supply chain break downs due to covid, raw material shortages due to government mandates/covid restrictions, resin shortages due to unforeseen plant/pipeline shutdowns, weather catastrophes, increased freight rates due to gas prices, and overseas logistical bottlenecks. All these issues combined has caused force majeure, raw material rations, further substantial increases, longer production times, and shipping delays. We understand that this has a major impact on our customers. Over the next 6 months, we see the current climate being a volatile market with further increases on raw materials. We are working on solutions, but this issue is moving beyond domestic manufacturing and into the global supply chain. We do not see these supply chain issues improving for at least 6 months. Now is the time to forecast for larger items for seasonal orders. Raw material pricing is changing weekly. We cannot hold quoted pricing for more than 10 days.

• Overseas Production 22-24 weeks
