Paragon Design, Inc.is a full service residential and commercial design and drafting firm in Riverside, California. We serve the entire Southern California, USA. The counties we serve are Los Angeles County, Riverside County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County and all surrounding cities. We offer space planning design for many different types of projects, with special focus on residential: new custom home design, alteration/addition to existing homes; and commercial: office/distribution facilities, tenant improvement and space planning.The principal, Carol Aragon has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and an International Associate of the AIA (American Institute of Architects). Before establishing the firm, she was a Project Manager for five of the prominent Architectural firms in California, and has overseas experience and additional license and credentials.
The other principal, Joe Aragon is a General Contractor and a Realtor and has experience in project management. He assists the clients in obtaining preliminary budget. He organizes and communicates with the consultants and contractors in achieving a smooth and less stressful experience. He coordinates with the city or county planning and building departments in obtaining guidelines for permits. He answers to plan check corrections of planning, building, fire departments and other relevant authorities within the city or county.
