Located in the heart of historic downtown Centralia, Phantom Tattoo is owned and operated by P.A. Stephens and Sean Lindseth. Our goal is to not only provide quality tattoos but also to educate our customers. We are dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable, and professional environment for your tattoo experience. Our main focus is your happiness as well as your safety thus assuring your recommendation and your return patronage.

With the amount of new tattoo shops opening these days it's rare to find a legitimate TATTOO SHOP. That's exactly what Phantom Tattoo is... LEGITIMATE. (le-git-i-mate (adj.) Acceptable or recognized as genuine, valid, or conforming to established codes, rules, or standards of conduct) Our quality and professionalism come from many years of being in the tattoo culture while learning the trade from many generations of respected tattooers. Our family history of tattoo shops in the Great Pacific Northwest starts with C.J."Danny" Danzl and the Seattle Tattoo Emporium in 1938. That history continues with us, Phantom Tattoo est. 2004. It is with that pride, knowledge, and history that Phantom Tattoo offers only the finest quality tattoos in the South Sound... Specifically the Lewis County area. The artists here are proud of that history and try to adhere to their classic tattoo shop ideals where "walk-ins" are welcomed. However, being a very busy shop comes with it's limitations and we strongly suggest making an appointment with your artist of choice.
