Pioneer Plumbing started out as Loyal Mechanical located in Loyal Heights in 1986. Our founder Brian Larson has long time roots in the community growing up in Ballard and graduating from Ballard High School. Loyal Mechanical was a small friendly family business that focused on remodels, renovations, tenant improvements, and insurance repair.

In 1991, Loyal Mechanical acquired Pioneer Plumbing and expanded its business to include service plumbing work. Today Pioneer Plumbing is active in all aspects of plumbing including large commercial projects, new construction, remodels, re-pipes, service, drain cleaning, and side sewer.

Pioneer Plumbing was founded with one core value in mind. We provide exceptional service and quality work at a great value to the customer and community.
