Points West Surveying Company is co-owned by David A. Crivelli, PLS, and Michael D. Pulley, PLS. Points West Surveying has been in existence since January 2005. Mr. Crivelli and Mr. Pulley have over 42 years of combined experience in the surveying profession. PWS has the ability to run three crews, each utilizing Leica remotely controlled robotic total stations and dual frequency GPS units.

We specialize in all aspects of land surveying including Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys, Aerial surveys, Hydrographic surveys, Subdivision Mapping and Consulting, Planning services, Construction surveys, Global Positioning System (GPS) surveys, Easement preparation and retracement, Lot Line Adjustments, Flood Elevation Certificates, Monitoring Well Surveys, and Litigation surveys including Expert Witness services. We also offer professional planning services to help our clients navigate the various review agencies required in their projects.

We have performed numerous surveys for various engineering design projects over the careers of the 2 principals listed above. Mr. Crivelli and Mr. Pulley were the surveyors of record for the Mad River Water Parallel Pipeline project, a 6 mile long project including historic easement retracement, topographic mapping over the corridor, new easements for additional right of way acquisitions, and GPS control. This project was awarded the CELSOC Engineering Excellence Award in 2004 for the surveying portion of the project.

We utilize state of the art survey equipment including Leica Robotic Total Stations and Leica dual frequency GPS units with real-time kinematic (RTK) capability to maximize field survey productivity. Our office products are produced using the latest mapping software and photo quality wide format plotters. We have worked extensively throughout northern California and southern Oregon and are familiar with the records of various Counties and jururisdictions.
