Larry is a licensed broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission, a licensed non-practicing attorney* with the State Bar of Texas, serving as your property manager. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, he came to Austin as soon as he could, earned a B.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas and subsequently a Doctorate in Law. He has strong technical skills and automated Prime Properties’ accounting and property management software system thereby increasing Prime Properties’ efficiency in providing property management services. Having practiced law for 10 years, he is able to provide innovative solutions in a variety of settings. Larry’s skill set diversifies the firm’s ability to adapt to the changing role of asset management in today’s property management environment. His main focus is making sure Prime Properties’ operations have systems that maximize our delivery of property management services.
