Our company was founded in October, 1994, by Diane and Bernie Paholke. We started the company with 1 airplane and my toolbox. As the years have progressed, we have expanded to include pilot training, aircraft rental, aircraft maintenance, fuel services, a pilot store, oxygen services, prop balancing, car rentals, catering services, and all the concerige services our customers require.

We have had several buildings and locations on the airport, but in 2011 we moved into our new, state of the art FBO and hanger buildings. All of our services now reside in a central facility, located at 750 W. Perimeter Rd.

We are located at the Renton Municipal Airport (KRNT) / Clayton Scott Field approximately 20 minutes south of downtown Seattle. The airport is also just northeast of Sea-Tac International Airport and southeast of Boeing Field Airport, making it an FAA-designated reliever airport for general aviation traffic.
