Richard Frank, President of QCA, graduated Western New England College with a Degree in Marketing & Management in 1972. After graduation he joined IBM in Burlington, Vermont for his Co-op. Then, Richard moved on to a position of production control analyst in Cybron Instruments, Taylor Division. All the knowledge that was gained in production and manufacturing allowed Richard to become a director of manufacturing in Kayex Semiconductor. This managing position opened the doors for the next jobs as a General Manager of first Canadian company Unitech and then, Cannon Industries.


Richard always dreamed about having his own business. Therefore, he always tried to take jobs with the small troubled businesses that needed help. Learning by observing the mistakes of others allowed Richard to get enough experience to open his own company QCA in 1990. His company has been developing and prospering succeeding in mechanical assembling and engineering tasks. Organizations involved in train and transportation found QCA services indispensable. Richard Frank's company provided high level of customization, taking various engineering jobs and demonstrating discipline in completion of very complex tasks.
