Our founder, Robert Pena worked for Roland J. Down, Inc, for fifteen (15) years, running the window, door and insulation department. When Roland retired, Robert purchased the department and in 1992 established R.M. Pena, Inc. In 1992, Robert and his wife Judy purchased a small, one-room log cabin in Burnt Hills with a vision of expanding it to include a “hands-on” showroom for today’s consumer.

Five years later they realized their dream of expansion – first by warehousing their customer’s purchases on site, and later by adding their “dream” showroom. “When people enter our unique log cabin, they are met with a smiling face and “working” showroom.”
