Computer / laptop clean-up, both chassis & software. Virus,spyware, adware, malware, and trojan removal. Software diagnostics, and internet & home network diagnostics, router setup, printer setup, installation, trouble shooting, and cleaning for some models.


Repair

Full hardware diagnostics & replacement. Only new parts are used for repairs. Refurbished parts are never used. Occasionally, used parts may be used. But only if new parts are not available. In this case the customer would be notified prior to repairs.



Service and/or Repair jobs are completed in a timely fashion. All jobs are completed in the order in which they were scheduled, unless otherwise noted. Approximate completion times are given at the time of scheduling or if applicable after a diagnosis is given. Call and make an appointment or stop in any time during business hours.
