Ronald J. Vesci started Camellia Window Cleaning in 1967 and has provided high rise window cleaning in the Sacramento area until 1976, at which time he changed the name to River City maintenance, to form a complete maintenance company. The company is presently owned by Rona Hullen and operated by both Rona and her daughter Riana Simpson.

In April of 2005, Rona bought the business from Ron, changing the company name to RCM Window Cleaning, Inc. Ron has been enjoying retirement since 2012.
