Company Description: Red Blossom Sales is berry enthusiastic about its market. The company is one of California's leading strawberry producers with more than 1,200 acres across the cities of Baja, Irvine, Oxnard, Santa Maria, and Salinas/Watsonville. It contracts a hefty chunk of its production to growers in California and Mexico and ships a total of about 8 million cartons of field-packed strawberries throughout the US every year. Red Blossom's products are sold in large retail grocery stores nationwide, including Costco, Safeway, and Vons; it also exports some to Canada and Hong Kong. Established in 2004, the company took on its current moniker when Red Blossom Farms merged with ASG Produce in 2008.
