Mr. Schwyn is the founding principal of Schwyn Environmental Services, LLC. He is a licensed hydrogeologist and engineering geologist with more than 30 years of technical and management experience, performing soil and groundwater investigations for public, municipal, industrial and military facilities in over fifteen U.S. states. He manages and provides technical input and recommendation for projects involving soils, surface and ground water, hazardous waste, site characterization, remediation, implementation of remedial actions, environmental permitting, property acquisition, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Schwyn is currently the Community Co-chair for the Washington Air National Guard and Fairchild Air Force Base Restoration Advisory Boards to provide technical input regarding ongoing base remediation projects. He is also a Spokane County Water Conservancy Board Commissioner and provides water right transfer and change-of-use Record of Decision to the Washington State Department of Ecology.
