Shipping Information:

We usually ship orders within 24 hours and at the most 48 hours. We do not ship on Sunday.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns:

Returns are always welcomed within 30 days. Items returned outside the original packaging, missing parts/items, or damaged condition are subject to a 20%, or greater, restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the criteria is not met.

Please return all items with the packing slip asking for a refund, no authorization is required before. All returns without the packing slip will be refused/sent back.

Cancellations:

We prefer not to cancel orders as we ship within 24 hours. Please be very sure of the part you need before placing the order. Again we will try our best to cancel orders but no guarantees.

Backorders:

If we oversell an item and run out before fulfilling your order, you will be notified via the email address provided. We will offer our best solution, canceling is always an option if you've received a backorder notification.

Defective Items:

If you believe any item to be defective the part must be returned before we will replace it. Upon receipt we will inspect it and contact you with the available options.

RefundsCustomers will be refunded minus the original outbound shipping charge and/or any return shipping expenses.
