Shoreline Property Management AAMC®, an Accredited Association Management Company®, provides professional management to over 95 homeowner associations in the Central California area. We build trusted relationships with our clients. Some clients have been under continuous management for almost 30 years!

Shoreline is proud to be an active member of the following organizations:

CAI – Community Associations Institute, an international organization dedicated to fostering competent, harmonious community associations.

CACM – California Association of Community Managers, Inc., enables a network of management professionals working in large scale, portfolio, resort and high-rise disciplines to share and apply California’s most effective community management practices.

ECHO – The Educational Community for HOA Homeowners is a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to assisting California homeowner associations and their Board members. ECHO provides help on many fronts: financial, legal, insurance, maintenance and management. Members receive training through attendance at trade shows, seminars, webinars and publications.
