Spencer’s Trucking & Excavating, Inc. has been doing quality excavation work in the local and surrounding areas for the past 37 years.

Founded by Tom Spencer Sr in 1984 – Tom is retired now but still works but still works part time for the company. Tony Spencer now runs and manages the company and they have a great crew! Both Tom and Tony are licensed septic installers for Cowlitz County. We are licensed, insured, bonded and take pride in seeing a job well done and stand behind our work.

We specialize in complete home site excavation as well as Septic tank replacements. We install new septic tanks and drain fields. We install Gravity, pump, mound, sand filter and Advantex systems. We also do water and sewer tap connections. For septic tank replacements, we will get your permits, arrange for pumping of your old tank, and even dispose of your old tank. Most tank replacements are up and working within 4 hours!

We also do home site cut outs, mobile home pads and runners, driveway work and road maintenance for shared private roads, cat/dozer work, perk holes, utility ditching, retaining walls. Dump truck hauling, crushed rock, sand, screened topsoil, fill dirt, drain rock, landscape rock and bark dust.
We have our own yard for you to bring your pickup truck or trailer for products. Our small ½ yard loader will even load small pickups, or we have larger loaders for dump trucks.
