Farming > Farmers
A non-profit farmers market jointly owned by the Studio City Residents Association and the Studio City Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the Studio City Farmers Market was created to provide access to locally grown produce and locally produced artisan foods and crafts. The Market’s vendors offer everything from grass fed beef and fresh seafood to artisan breads, olive oils, honey, prepared foods and of course, lots of fruits and vegetables. Come for breakfast and leave with lunch, dinner, and a whole lot more.
spicesOver the years the Market has become more than just a place to shop, it has become a place to meet and enjoy an afternoon with family and friends. The Market offers hot foods from Mama Musubi rice balls, Wicked Maine Lobster, Olive Wood Pizza, breakfast burritos, Salvadorean pupusas, tamales, bacon wrapped hot dogs and more. If you have little ones don’t forget to check out the pony rides, petting zoo, train ride and bouncy slide. Tables are available on the lawn adjacent to the Market for relaxing, people watching and enjoying your Market purchases. Pets are not allowed at the Market – this is a health department regulation.
Shopping at the Market is not only good for you, it is good for the community. Proceeds after expenses are donated to local charities. See our Giving Back page for a list of some of the many worthy organizations we have supported over the years.
