As of March 2021, I am offering classes once again! They will all be at Sunny Lane for now; however, I will once again be offering classes for the Mt. Vernon Parks and Rec in the fall. Classes are smaller and masks will be required in the training room for the time being.

It was wonderful that so many people brought home puppies and rescued dogs during the Covid restrictions! This did create some problems with training and socialization though. Although I was not able to hold classes, I offered a special program during the restriction period called "Covid Puppy Quick Start." I was overwhelmed by the popularity of this program. It kept me quite busy and I was able to meet with and give guidance to many new puppy owners.

The people who had signed up prior to the last shut down have first priority in classes. Therefore, I am currently booked out by about 6 weeks. When checking out our Calendar, please check for the “FULL" sign when looking for available classes. I hope to get caught up soon.

I am also going to have a Social Club Coordinator helping me set up and oversee some additional puppy play dates here. Early socialization is so important for puppies! I will be posting information on our Calendar and Facebook page shortly. Thank you all for your continued support and patience. Life is slowly getting back to normal for all of us, and I can’t wait for you all to come back out! --Carmen
