We are a small second generation family owned operation dedicated to serving the Long Island and NY Metropolitan area. We have been established in the industry for over 30 years. We offer a diverse line of quality products to meet the needs of any food industry retail business such as Superettes, Butcher Shops, Restaurants, Delicatessens, Pizzerias and Pubs.

Our main line of products include fresh boxed Beef, Pork, Poultry, Veal, Lamb, Provisions. We now also offer a limited verity of both Produce as well as Seafood products. In addition to the standard packaged meat products we also offer USDA Certified Portion Controlled custom cut and packaged meat products from only USDA Inspected Cutting Facilities. (In Compliance with all USDA Federal & State Laws to ensure the safe proper handling and re-distribution of processed products for resale.)
