My name is Janice Brackens and I am a “Jack of All Trades.” I love to learn new and the different aspects of the computer environment, from learning the background of how it all began to learning how to setup and configure switches and routers. I enjoy what I do and when I am successful. I get a great sense of achievement.


Technically Speaking, Inc. is my own business that I started, to make extra money working for myself. I chose the name because it was cute, catchy and easy to remember. The help desk idea came after working from Stream International. A company that hires and train individuals to accept calls and provide support to end users over the phone. That is where I received my training and ideas for my business. Afterwards, my business name and type of business was established. I went on to attend college to keep my skills up-to-date with, three Skill Achievement Awards, three Certificates in the following PC Technician, IT Security and CISCO Networking. Two Associates Degree, Software Engineer and Network Administrator and Support all from El Centro College.


Technically Speaking, Inc. is a combination of my different computer skills that I have learned over the years and customer service skills that my customer needs today. The list of services that I includes Computer Sales, Computer Upgrade and Repairs, Internet Access Support along with books that I recommend, Website Designs and Software Engineer coming soon. Computer Sales is where I find and order New or Used, Laptop or Desktop computers with the best features for the lowest price. Computer Upgrade and Repairs allow us to do work to help make your computer run faster and more smoothly. Internet Access Support, we fix problems with your internet connections and I recommend books to you. That can be downloaded and printed for you for a better learning experience about computers. I also offer my Website Designs skills. People needs Websites for different reasons, to sell, advertising or to make information available 24/7. And the last one that’s coming soon. JAVA Programming, I have to practice a little more. But when you get a chance look through the other menu pages to find the service that you are most interested in.
