The Glam House (TGH) is a latina, woman-owned salon that goes beyond beauty. TGH was brought to fruition by our Founder & CEO, Alexandria Grado in the basement of her home in 2016. Determined to build something special that goes beyond beauty Alexandria expanded to our current location in Denver just a short year later.

Since then we have faced many challenges, our biggest being COVID-19. Being closed down during this time predicted a stop to our efforts moving forward, like a lot of locally owned and operated Denver businesses post COVID19. Instead of accepting this predication as reality, we have taken back our power and have grown despite the obstacles we have faced. Our salon's leadership and innovation has been recognized by our own Governor Jared Polis in the Can Do Colorado campaign during the pandemic when Alexandria realized that the need for self love was at an all-time high.

Alexandria found creative solutions to bring a sense of normalcy to our guests through a custom color kit specifically designed for each guest's hair goals and needs. Since reopening up after the salon shutdown due to the pandemic, we have been dedicated to cultivating the best experience for our guests. Our mission is to awaken each guest's inner beauty and power in an effortless and luxurious atmosphere. We understand that loving yourself goes much deeper than how you look at yourself on the outside.

The empowerment of women is one of the foundational principles that The Glam House was built upon. We believe that our team members deserve to be inspired in their profession through training and coaching to develop their inherent talents, provide exquisite service to our guests, and be their best both personally and professionally. We are thrilled to announce our dedication to our team and guests has paid off and we have expanded to our second location in Capitol Hill, Denver! This second location marks more than expansion, it marks a time for empowerment and creating your own reality. We couldn’t be more thankful to continue to share our message through The Glam House.
