Tom is a client favorite, professional, friendly, and courteous, in the past two decades Chef Tom has handled the kitchen production and Execution of special events of over 1000 events. Tom is passionate about cooking. His studied for four years at Bangkok’s most prestigious culinary school. His specializes in the cuisines of all regions of Thailand, particularly the cuisine of Northern Thailand, where our family grew up. It’s no surprise, then, that our food has been recognized for its excellence.
