Tri-County Communications, LTD. (TCC) is a Communications Sales, Service and Repair Company. TCC has been serving Rio Grande Valley customers for more than 35 years. TCC’s principal owner is Robert A. McAllen, a rancher, businessman, former banker and investment specialist. Robert A. McAllen has owned the company since its formation. He is a Valley native. In 1991, Tri-County Communications became a Authorized Motorola Two-Way Radio Sales Dealer with an office in Progreso, Texas. In 1999, TCCs main office moved to East Pike Blvd. in Weslaco to accommodate the expansion of the business. This strategic location adjacent to Expressway 83, provides easy access for its customers’ equipment servicing, and for its Service Technicians to reach customers throughout the Valley in 45 minutes or less.TCC sells, installs and services Warning Systems and Safety Equipment for first-responders, fire and police departments, emergency assistance and health care providers; for government groups, school districts, other public entities, and for a wide variety of businesses, including farming and construction. In 2015 TCC became an authorized dealer for the Harris-Tait P-25 products.Representative for Motorola Solutions Inc.ANT

Today, TCC owns, operates and maintains a 5 sites networked Trident/Motorola UHF Passport System, reaching from Brownsville to La-Joya.
