WTSTC is a non-profit training organization that was established in 1994 by the Permian Basin oil industry to provide safety training to area workers. Our training capabilities have expanded to include electrical training courses in our curricula.

WTSTC offers qualified electrical safety training (NFPA 70E) through 3rd party electrical instructors. These instructors have over 20 years of electrical experience. The NFPA 70E course is a 2-day course that requires hands-on and classroom instruction and evaluation.

WTSTC is actively committed to the Permian Basin electrical workforce by providing training that supports the licensing, regulatory compliance and improvement of electrical safe work practices.
