Winkel Ranch Hunting Lease, Inc. is a family-run business offering day hunting for Hill Country deer, feral hogs and turkeys. Located just ten miles west of Llano, Texas, we offer 3,700 Hill Country acres, divided into seven pastures, that can accommodate from three to twelve hunters. We furnish your cabin, cooking facilities (two burner hotplate), fuel, electricity and a map of the pasture. You furnish food, utensils, pots, pans, gun and bedroll.

In addition to the lodging facilities, each pasture has tower, ladder and ground stands to hunt from. Each pasture also has one or more electric feeders that are centrally located in the pasture.

We offer both archery and rifle hunting. Hunting fees are priced on a per day, per gun basis. The price of a hunt includes the use of our facilities.
