1995- Present Oversees part or complete programs in many different leagues, currently the leagues Z Soccer has or has had a league program with the following:
1995-2000 San Rafael Youth Soccer League - Class 4 Program.
1998- 2000, Director of Coaching / League Program - WESCO (Western Sonoma County Soccer League) - Class 1, 3 and 4.
1999 - 2001 Petaluma Youth Soccer League , Class 4 players and coaches, Class 1 and 3 coaches.
1999 - Present - Dublin Youth Soccer League, Complete program for players and coaches Class 1,3 & 4.
1999 -2001 Sonoma Youth Soccer League, Class 4 players and coaches, some Class 3
2001 - Castro Valley Youth Soccer League, Class 4 players and coaches, some Class 3
2001 - Present Livermore Youth Soccer League, Technical Director, Class 4 coaches and some players
2002 - Present West Contra Cost Youth Soccer League, Class 4 players and coaches, Class 3 and Class 1 players and coaches.
During the past 15 years, Z Soccer Staff, Andrew Ziemer and his brothers have worked closely with many other clubs such as Santa Rosa United, Rohnert Park Express, San Juan United, Mustang YSL and many more.
TOGETHER WITH FRANS HOEK
While in Holland in 1995, Andrew met and began a relationship with Frans Hoek of Ajax Amsterdam and FC Barcelona. Since 1995, Andrew has worked with Frans to conduct live -in and day soccer camps, 7 different levels of coaching courses, a European coaches tour and special club development camps.
Andrew has worked with Frans and Z Soccer have organized, promoted and conducted programs at some of the Nations most prestigious university’s in the U.S.
Z Soccer and Frans Hoek Sports have had programs in the following cities & countries:
San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Tampa, FL, Durham, N.C, New Jersey.
Canada, Holland, Belgium, Germany, England, Greece, Mexico and Spain
AS Z WAY STAFF EDUCATOR & PROGRAM DEVELOPER
Andrew has been educating the Z Way Staff Members since 1990. Over the years the Ziemer Brothers have educated more than 500 staff coaches, many whom now coach in college, top youth clubs or even professionally.
Z Soccer have many levels of coaches from the Z Wees (age 3-6) the Recreation Coaches (age 6-12), and our Top coaches and Directors who direct camps and work under Frans each summer during the Hoek Method Camps and Courses . These coaches also coach the highest level players in Positional Training Camps during the Winter, Spring and Summer.
Furthermore Andrew develops all camp curriculum and the long term programs for each of the various league programs.

Frans Hoek at Stockholm International Football Symposium

"Do we train as we play?"
Stockholm International Football Symposium 2012 is directed to people who are receptive to new perspectives on football. Our goal with this program is to provide you with two days of inspiration and stimulation. The content is challenging and transferable to coaches/managers regardless of expertise.
The theme of the symposium is integrated and structured football. We want to demonstrate a holistic approach to football where we see football practice as a complex whole in which all the skills (technical, tactical, physical and mental) are related to each other and cannot be understood in isolation.

Frans Hoek at UEFA Course for Coach Educators

The 19th UEFA Course for Coach Educators in Brussels will focus on the preparation of student coaches for the reality of the job as football technician, manager and leader.
