Back in 1880, my great, great-grandparents C. Wilhelm and Josephine Zweigle started our company out of a small butcher shop located at the corner of Joseph Avenue and Kelly Street. As the fifth-generation owner of Zweigle’s, I am proud of what we have collectively accomplished over the 135-plus years we have been in business. The unwavering commitment to quality established by our founders has been passed on from generation to generation and has played a significant role in making Zweigle’s one of Rochester’s oldest family owned and operated businesses.

As I look to the future, I am excited by the possibility of passing on the tradition to my children and look forward to Zweigle’s remaining a visible part of the Rochester landscape for many years to come. We are continually striving to develop new products that will help you with preparing great meals for your family.
